Informal Complaint Process If you are not able to resolve the complaint with the utility company, you should contact the Division of Public Utilities' complaint line at (801) 530-6652 or toll-free at 1-800-874-0904 to receive help with finding a solution. The complaints specialist will contact the utility and work with them to attempt to resolve the problem. The customer can then expect to receive a response to the complaint from a utility company representative or the complaints specialist.
